How will my artwork be packaged?
Prints are sent flat within archival, acid-free plastic sleeves, inside sturdy cardboard boxes.
Original artworks will be wrapped by hand according to their needs (for example, oil-paintings will be encased in special waxed paper) and will be packaged in the same boxes as the prints come in. They really are wonderful boxes.
Will my postage come with tracking and insurance?
In general, yes! I'll always specify next the the particular artwork you are interested in.
Prints may come without tracking depending on where you live, but again, just have a little read through the product description if you're not sure.
One last thing - please make sure you put the correct address down when you place your order! :)
How much will postage cost?
It varies depending on where in the world you live, and the size and cost of your artwork.
As every piece for sale in this store is fragile and has been created on thick paper (prints included), your art will always be sent to you laid out flat. This does cost more than say, rolling an artwork up into a tube, but is a better way to ensure a pristine arrival.
Wherever possible, costs have been kept down, but not at the expense of the safety of your artwork.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged / doesn't arrive?
On the off chance that something happens during delivery and your artwork is damaged, please email me immediately ([email protected]) with pictures of the damaged work. That way we can arrange to have it shipped back (which I will pay for) and as soon as it arrives I will issue you a full refund.
If an artwork doesn't seem to have arrived, please email me as soon as possible so I can sort it all out for you.
Can I return my artwork if I change my mind?
Due to the fragility of artwork this wont be possible, so make sure you pick your favorite work! <3
Do you ship to where I live?
At the moment I am shipping to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada and most of America. I'll expand the list of locations in the future. Please email me if you want a piece and you aren't in one of those places.
How long until my artwork is in my hands?
I will send out orders within a week of receiving them (since I'm a one girl band)
From there,
If you are Australian, give it 2-10 business days (total mixed bag at the moment)
If you are American, 9-14 business days.
If you are in the UK, 15 to 20 business days. If you are in Canada, 11 to 17 business days.
If you are Kiwi, expect 7 to12 business days.
